I received an unsolicited text message from phone number +1 (386) 249-2720 with the following message "Apply for $1400 weekly benefit from American care relief now. Start your online application today and visit the official American care relief website at www.americaforgivingreliefs.com.
Upon investigating I realize very quickly that the website was suspicious based on the lack of any credibility present on the website, coupled with the lack of any adequate identifying information or contact names, locations, or phone numbers. Also the URL is only a few months old, which is a key red flag.
