Three tee shirts were ordered via this website usgoodgear on 7/1/18. None of them have arrived and were supposed to between 7/13-7/31/18. Several emails have gone back and forth between myself and the “company” and they just keep apologizing for the order not being in, being delivered to the wrong address, and giving me the incorrect tracking number. In multiple emails, I requested a telephone number and no one would give me one. I’ve paid for the products and as of today, 8/14/18, I haven’t received said products.

I saw a posting on Facebook for shirts that I knew my family would love. Since they were advertised as being $7 each for that day only, I jumped online and placed my order for 2 adult shirts, 3 kid shirts and 1 baby onesie. The order was finally processed on July 6th and my credit card was charged for the order.

Their website states that normal orders would arrive within 2 - 3 weeks of ordering. As of today, August 15, 2018 I have yet to receive the order. I have contacted their Customer Support via email who have informed me multiple times that they have not received shipping information from their carrier and therefore can't provide me with a tracking number or an expected delivery date.

According to US Good Gear's website, my order is 'processing' and should arrive between July 28 - August 5th. As of now, the order is 10 days late with no expected delivery date in sight.

I checked Facebook today and posted a comment about not receiving the product. Then I started scrolling through other posts and comments and it seems like I'm not the only one who has yet to receive their product after paying but I'm sure other people are filing such claims against this company.
