I purchased a puppy from American Pomsky for my children and Never Recieved a Puppy. I made a partial payment. However, They keep asking for money. Told me I had to purchase a special crate to ship puppy that was over $1,000.00. I then began to check the web for purchase for special crate and seen or National Fraud Web that it was a scam and I asked for a refund for purchase. I was told they would refund in 30 Days and it has now been 30 Days and No refund. They refuse to Refund but Want more money for another purchase. This Seller is using many of different email addresses and Person of contact. They are using Zelle for payments. They will write up an contract with a different person of contact and email address with a different company name.

I contacted puppy seller through their website and purchased puppy with payment through Zelle. Two days later I got an email from the shipper because the puppy was being sent to me from Montana to Nevada. The shipper provided tracking information and then proceeded to email and call me about needing to purchase a pet crate to be able to ship. I paid this, the shipper said the puppy “missed the flight” that day and would be on one in the morning. The next morning I got an update from shipper that the puppy is on the plane and is en route. I then get an email and phone call from the shipper that I need to purchase a “cite permit” so the puppy can be accepted into Nevada through their customs. If I did not pay this the puppy would be impounded in Seattle or I would be charged with illegal animal smuggling. I did not pay any money this time and called my airport customs department and they informed me this was indeed not true and it was a scam. Since this interaction all communications with seller and shipper have ceased on their end.

I was asked to pay $500 for a female pomsky named Bernadette that my children and I were absolutely in love with. When we got to the part of asking for shipping details we got cut off from communication. I lost $500, my children are distraught, and I have lost my interest in owning a pomsky now.

We found a puppy on https://www.americanpomskys.us that we wanted to purchase for our kids. After paying half of the amount using Zelle we became suspicious that it was a scam and requested a refund only to never hear from the individual. We want to avoid more people falling a victim to this scam. The damage is not only financial but emotional as well. Our kids are very distraught as a result of this situation.
