I purchased a puppy from American Pomsky for my children and Never Recieved a Puppy. I made a partial payment. However, They keep asking for money. Told me I had to purchase a special crate to ship puppy that was over $1,000.00. I then began to check the web for purchase for special crate and seen or National Fraud Web that it was a scam and I asked for a refund for purchase. I was told they would refund in 30 Days and it has now been 30 Days and No refund. They refuse to Refund but Want more money for another purchase. This Seller is using many of different email addresses and Person of contact. They are using Zelle for payments. They will write up an contract with a different person of contact and email address with a different company name.

Found a Pomsky puppy I wanted to purchase at a discounted price of $850.00. I reached out to request the application for the adoption for "Vince" and was contacted the following day. The person contacted me via text message and initially identified himself as "West" and said "Vince" was still available for adoption. I asked him some general questions about the puppy such as age, size of dog at full grown, the birthdate, more pictures, and puppy's temperament. The next message I received was advising I could have the same day or next day delivery for an additional $120, I found this weird because the price on the website said shipping was included. I was then informed the puppy was 11 weeks old but not given a birthdate. I was told they can grow up to 3-4 pounds, although the website said 4-4.5 pounds, I was then given a very generic description of his temperament. I asked what the next step would be to bring Vince home, he asked for my name, address, cell phone and email address then asked how I would be paying. I asked what guarantees there would be once payment was made but all I received that I would received a bill of sale and the Zelle information. I was then provided with "[email protected]" and the name of Jeffrey Goldner for the total amount of $970. At this point I asked again if he was still able to sent additional photos, what guarantees are set in place once payment is made and who Mr. Goldner was. I received a link to the website of the reviews for American Pomsky and was then told if I placed my order then I could have my puppy on my doorstep by 6-7pm the next day. I was also provided with two additional photos of Vince. I asked about the bill of sale and was told I could not have a contract until after I paid. I explained I was extra cautious because I had heard of scams and if he could put my mind at ease. I was then informed that he does not practice such a "bad habit." The person messaging acted offended because he is a Christian and he teaches his children not to take things from others and I should just look at the reviews on the website. With the number of red flags, I reverse searched the photographs provided to me and found this particular Pomsky was listed on other sites as 3 months old and available for sale on their website. I also found videos and the same photos. I confronted the person on the text message and thanked them for their time and informed them of the scam I had found.
