I went to employee/employer Suzy at American Plaza in desperate need of her services to find me an apt or room rental as I was homeless with nowhere to go Suzy highly expressed that she had rentals available not to worry..I hand her $350 of my monthly social security disability money and hand her referral Ramon $600 owner of apt rental in Washington heights 129 seaman Ave apt 52 needless to say the apt was not in liveable conditions Ramon promised renovations will be complete within days Ramon hands me the keys and the renovations were never done. Suzy and Ramon refused to refund me my money and I was homeless in the street for a month till my next social security disability money came in...
