I purchased a party item on 11/7/16, I never received an order confirmation by email as stated on the receipt. The monies were collected already from my debit bank account. I tried calling the number listed, I emailed them at [email protected] and have received no reply. Delivery date stated on the receipt says 5 - 7 days. I have heard from no one, no other way to contact anyone.
