American Online Experts,
I have asked for my refund because you guys failed to start or complete the task you were hired to do in Nov 2021. Today it is 23 Jan 2022, and as I have stated before, I will get my money one way or the other, along with the money you guys owe other folks you have cheated over the months. I tried to make this situation easy, but I see that is not how you guys operate. Best believe you will be tracked down! This is going to be the most fun I have had in a long time.

I have asked for a refund from American Online Experts in the amount of $355.00 for over a month because they failed to complete their end of the contract and they have refused to send my money back. I even sent a request through Zelle the same way I sent the money to them. Instead, American Online Experts blocked the request according to the representative at the bank. I have spoken with a representative from American Online Experts who claim they can not send the money back to me because the amount is too small. On the other hand, I would have send $344.00 in order for the American Online Experts to send me my money back according to the representative, which will be a total of $699.00. The request doesn't make sense so I have refused to send the money and will be filing a complaint against American Online Experts. It is not right nor is it fair there are individuals who spend time stealing from other who have worked hard for their money just to be taken advantage of by a theft. My goal at this point is to put online predators like this out of business permanently. American Online Experts have taken money from the right person.

Today it is 24JAN2021 and I have asked for my refund according to the website.
The longer you wait the worse it will be for and yo folks! You will go down

I was deeply disappointed. At first the work was being completed. However, THEY ASKED EXTRA MONEY for the use of a VPN. I paid $450 for the session and course in my class. Several times it was difficult communication with this so and so named Elroy. This person asked for more work so I found more work that I to of course pay more for. When the contract was not completed, I was very upset. This guy kept making excuses about his phone breaking, family time, and broken record of not finishing anything. Do not request more work if the person cannot handle it. I reported this, emailed, and had called them. Roy Wilson claims that I need to pay $1500 for everything and will not refund my money. Everything was through zelle as well. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will see my hard earned money back. These people or organization of scammers are wanting to take advantage of people. They don’t provide professional service. They are using you. They are fooling you and their lying through scummy teeth. I don’t think they’re even from Texas. Once you call some numbers for example Roy Wilson’s goes to subscriber text app. They don’t even speak proper etiquette English. They make empty threats if you request for a refund even though they had failed to complete the work in the first place. If you don’t need a hassle in your life, don’t go anywhere near clicking on to the their disgusting scamming website. People like these just harm our community online. We need to make sure there are no more victims either. I’m ashamed and embarrassed to have even talk to these [censored].

On or about a payment in the amount of $125.00 and a few days later $230 to provide a tutoring session but the tutoring session was never completed and I have requested a refund in the amount of $355.00, which is a full refund per the website and was informed I would receive the money by no later than 27 Dec 2021. I have contacted you guys via email, chat, and phone with no luck. If you have a lawyer I look forward to the challenge because you are not the only one who can hire a lawyer. Well since there has been a response in weeks there is no reason to delay the process.Thanks

Updated 23Dec2021 someone contacted me asking for an additional $344.00 to send the money owed to me, which is a total of $355.00. According to the representative that works for the company, American Online Experts can not send a refund in the amount of $355.00 because it's too small. Therefore, the rep says I need to send $344.0

I spoke with a rep from American Online Experts on or about 23 Nov 2021 regarding a tutoring session in Biology. According to the rep there was a fee of $355.00 which was broken down into $123.00 and $230.00. After speaking with the rep I was introduce to Noah, which I assume is the tutor. Once the session was setup I tried several time reaching out to Noah but with no success. Once Noah contacted me I stated their way of doing seemed fishy but he assured me that was not the case and everything was great. Also was told to read the terms and conditions on the website because they stand behind their work. The terms and conditions on the website reads as follows.
We do follow refund policy and return money to the customer but only if there is something wrong with the order. Americanonlineexperts.com refunds 100% of the amount paid if desired results aren't achieved. Our customer support works 24/7. Day or night, rain or shine. I have reached out to you guys several times just to be disconnected from the call and from the chat. I requested to receive a full refund as promised by no later than 30 Nov 2021 and as of today 5 Dec 2021 I have not received the refund in the amount of $355.00.

I worked with "Sam" (971-213-3495)
on getting an assignment done. I paid for the service, and had said service done, no complaint with that.

They tried to get me to pay $300 as a "security deposit" for a VPN so that they could use the website, which immediately tipped me off that something was a tad odd.

Then, just earlier, I had "Roy" (281-720-7553) text me claiming to be from the compliance department, telling me that I need to pay for the copyright fee, and if I don't, they'll forward everything to my school and local entities. The copyright fee is, according to them, $1,400. I'm no [censored], I know a scam/extortion when I see one.

I contacted American Online Experts, spoke with Austin at 518-692-4282 to get help for tutoring for two classes, well after deciding to sue them i paid them via zelle, however the zelle information showed a Tech Flex 360 with the email address of their company, i zelled $1270 US Dollars June 3rd, i kept contacting them to help me nothing was done all excuses and immediate i knew i had been scammed, I started requesting my money back via text and email, no response. I finally filed a claim with my bank of America and Wells Fargo to pursue my money back.

On June 14th , i received a text message from their attorney Williams Benet @737-529-9070 making a threat and sent me an email from [email protected] , which i will provide. This company is a fraud did no services for me and now will not refund me my money as they state in their website they give refunds.
