Purchased taillights for Jeep. Used online chat to ask questions, very responsive. Placed order and was suppose to receive shipping details. never got details so I contacted them again. Tried phone number, that after a few rings, the call just dropped - no answer, no voice mail. Looked up phone number - it is a T-Mobile phone. Looked up customer service rep "Colin Shao" on LinkedIn. All of the Colin Shao are in Asia.
