I have amazing credit and no outstanding debts. I just refinanced my home and have no collections or credit issues. Last year I began receiving harassing phone calls from this company. They claim they have an outstanding "case" for me. I have ignored the calls, as I have no outstanding cases. I have researched the company online, and they are a scam.

Now I am being contacted by people that share my last name. They are harassing other Meinsen's, including my step grandmother, a distant relative, and people I have never met. This company is giving strangers personal information about me and giving others the impression I have a pending court case.

They have called my elderly grandmother dozens of times claiming I have a case #DA48934.

They have also called my uncle stating they are "Nationwide" from the same phone number.

He said I was getting sued for fraud and I owed $4,000.00 and threaten to take my income tax at the end of the year if I didn't pay.
