They produced a fake tracking # for a puppy that never existed and kept telling me that in order for my puppy to get to its destination I had to pay for a crate and insurance. Then they called back and said they need a county pet permit (doesn’t exist) and it needed a rabies shot and microchip for another large lump sum. I showed up to the airport to pick up the dog and there was no information on the delivery at the airport.
