I ordered a shamrock sweater from American Irish Society on3/3. They took $40.00 through PayPal. I do not have a PayPal account. It was $10 extra which they refunded me. I have been tracking it for a month from China to France and it said delivered. They told me to check with post office. The tracking number is nowhere in the us post office system anywhere in the United States.

I ordered off American Irish society website first. I had looked it up online. It looked like a real site. I asked if it had been reported as scam. It did not pop up that it had reported a scam which is confusing for me since after I purchased the product I could easily see online it was a scam so it should have been more blatant that it had been reported as a ScamPulse.com scam a long time ago. I had a screenshots of the tracking number not being valid and emails stating it's coming from Italy when I already knew the product was coming from Boston Massachusetts because I had looked up the product before I ordered it.
