Received a few phone calls daily from the above number stating that I had been "nominated" for some healthcare awards. Every time I asked what this was about or who nominated me the person would not answer this question. When I asked what the American health council was the answers were very vague. The caller urged me to check my email (they had the correct address) for a certain date stating that is when I was nominated but I could not find any such proof. The caller was urgent to set up a conference call taking my history as a provider. We spoke in general for approx. 10 mins when I finally asked if there was a fee (she continued to dodge the question and asked if I had "budgetary issues" I told her I was not interested and asked to be removed from the list. She began to raise her voice and I told her I was hanging up. They called back 3 times in a row before I blocked the number. I searched online and found evidence that this may be a scam.
