I won a certified check $1.371.00. He had a old address of mine I moved from there 4 years ago

- Portland, OR, USA

Sent me a cashier check and this instruction sheet stating what to do with the money. Cashier check was for $2390.73

Called me and told me I had charges on an american express card I don't have a card with AE. I spoke with multiple people within I assume the same orginization named in order Prantil, Khalid Sayed, Alex George, Nolda Lobo, and Elvis John.

After I spoke with Khalid Sayed they placed my number on a do not call list and I kept talking to the representative until they hung up on me and stopped accepting my calls.

I received a call about credit card relief for my American Express card. The man had a very noticable accent. He asked if I was looking for relief for my American Express card. I told him I didn't have an American Express and he proceeded to tell me that he could also help with my Discover, Mastercard and Visa. I said that I don't have a Discover card and felt that this was a scam.

He got very irritated and asked why I would think it was a scam. I told him that I have received many calls from scammers and that I would be turning him in to the Better Business Bureau for investigation. He became even more irritated and aggressive. I told him that I do not carry debt on my credit cards and he asked which cards I have. I told him that he had just confirmed to me that this was a scam and I would be turning him in. Then I hung up.

I have been getting daily phone calls, sometimes twice daily, for months now from what comes up on my caller ID as American Express wanting me to contact them about "an important matter". I have never had, never will have an American Express card! Sometimes they call and disconnect when no one answers and sometimes they leave message to call them about the " important matter". I called them back one day, told them I don't have American Express and the rep just said that if I didn't have anything else she could help me with and hung up. They continue to call and I do not respond. I would appreciate if you could look into this.

He just called using an automated call system. The automated system said that they are from American Express Rewards. This is the 3rd time with different phone number. The first person was of a Spanish accent, old female. The 2nd person was of a hound Spanish accent male. This 3rd person is of an American accent, male.

I waited and pressed 0 to talk to their operator. Once, then I told him that I did not create an American Express card. Then he immediately hangs up the call

Numerous phone calls in which a message is left saying: "This is American Express. You need to call our office to discuss an important business matter. " They leave the same number that the call is from (800-592-1160) to call back and give times (i.e., M-F 7a-9p, Sat ??, and Sunday ??). They have called up to 5 times per day over many weeks.

I do not have an American Express card. When I look the number up online many people have reported this exact same scam so I have not called back.
