I received a letter in the mail for debt relief. I called they gave me the whole story of how not to pay my credit cards and they are 3rd party debit relief. That w my credit card debt I basically pay them half of my debt to let them get rid of my debt except all their documents state otherwise they don’t state anywhere or gaurentee you’ll be debt free at the end of this, they say it but on paper it the clauses are completely different. They are quick to do paper work and set up payment plan each month, they explain creditors will harass you and to email them or call them w all this info. I have now tried to contact them to stop this whole process and can’t reach anyone.

I got a letter in the mail and called it suspiciously. Talked to Geno Lemus for about 30 minutes asking question sounded too good to be true, he sent emails with what he said was accreditation and validation of the business. Web site looked generic and all the links were faulty in some way. told them I speak with them the next day.
