phone call asking for donations. Asked for verbal verification that I am ok with the donation (ie, just say yes). Sent to 'quality control' who did the same thing.

Called from 513-815-4447, gentleman said that he was collecting donations for disabled veterans. Online forums indicate that in the past they have called regarding breast cancer (around the time of breast cancer awareness). My phone number is on the Do Not Call list.

Caller also sounded like he was on a delay, like how some VoIP calls can sound delayed.
