I got a call from a southern accented man asking for Billy. I told him he has the wrong number and he replied "well, maybe you can help me, then" I told him "No I can't" and hung up. Just now I got another call from the same person asking for Billy. I said "you're calling me AGAIN?" He said he was from the veterans foundation and I told him I didn't believe him and hung up.
