Received a phone call at work from someone who said they were a law firm that represents American Cash Net. Said that I need to pay approximately 530 dollars for a payday loan debt in full or they would file criminal charges in the town of Webster, NH and subpoena me to court. 

I was told if I wanted to settle the debt to fax a letter to Mike Copland (206-312-9776) expressing my intent to pay the debt with all of my contact information.
