I phoned American Bracing Solutions,June 12, 2019 and spoke to Jordy. I wanted to know when the credit was sent to the insurance cos. He could not say as his system was down. Promised to call me with update later in the day. Never heard from them.
I called again today and spoke to Brian. He had the same story of the system being down with no estimate of when it would be up so could not say if credit was issued. When I pursued with additional questions, he hung up on me. BTW, I did get the owners name, Thomas Black, if he is being truthful.
I am concerned that Medicare and AARP/United Healthcare are being billed for items that i sent back. This is a real problem with the fraud that occurs under durable equipment suppliers, and drives up the cost of insurance.
I have a feeling that United Healthcare is familiar with this company.
I feel the need for ScamPulse.com to investigate, as how many people were shipped items that are returned and never credited back?f
