This company does not ever ship your order and when you call or email you never get a response. The order status will state pending but it never leaves that status. 1 month after ordering shampoo for my dog I have yet to receive it and I have called right when they opened and on hold for 15.46 minutes and finally hung up. This is after calling at other times in the day as well. Many reviews of this company now are all stating the same thing of their experiences.
