Received fax at place of employment for vacations discounts. They put the trip advisor logo on the top of the page and was labeled as being form HR which it was not. I called and bought the package for $398.00. They say the package is good for 18 months. But you have to call back for the actual reservations. They will email you a list of resorts that all cost even more money. I've called 9 times with no call backs. Wait recording says it is a "one minute wait" however have no waited less than 20 minutes to speak to secretaries who only say "someone will call you back" which never happens. Currently in the process of trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The company charged is "America vacations 2" from Mexico. I tried googling the website for this "travel agency" and it does not exist.
