ScamPulse.com received a call from a customer regarding a company that called and told him he qualified for a loan of $5923 and he only had to send in via a Money Gram $250, which he did.  Then they called him back and told him he needed to send in $311 for taxes.  When he told them he could not afford it, they took the offensive and warned him that they were going to get a warrant and have him arrested.
