The scammer stated he was with Ameren Illinois (Light company). He stated he that the call was an emergency and that their employee was at our business at the meter getting ready to shut our lights off if we didn't pay the bill right now. He told me what out company name and address was. He then informed me, again, that we were behind on our bill and that we needed to make a payment to keep our service up and running.
