I ordered a product from them for 44$ on 12/12, it said 3-5 day shipping. I waited until 12/23 to email. I had immediately been charged and the following date received a tracking number. It stayed in pre-shipment status- therefore the USPS never received the item. It is now 1/6. My item still says its in pre-shipment. I received a response that ignored my question about Pre-Shipment status and if it was still with them, its said USPS is delayed please be patient. I was very kind in my email and just inquiring. I thought that response was unprofessional. I emailed again on 12/28 as it was still in pre-shipment. He said I made a legitimate order (never had I mentioned fraud) and please be patient and included a stock photo of USPS bins. I understand USPS but they never received the item to send me! I contacted again today 1/6 and the email is now undeliverable. I emailed the one who had been responding, undeliverable. Website says it has live support, there is no way to access that. It also doesn't have a phone number. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
