This company is a scam company. The description of the items they sell online is not what you got in reality. The quality is very poor. Instead of embroidered shirts I've got very ugly print on ugly fabric. Also they work through the third parties of fake online store (www.polyze.com). They advertise on Facebook and after campaign delete the account. They do not provide the tracking number and the confirmation about shipping.
The return policy does not work. They refuse to pay refund. The game of words. They offer some coupons of 20% discount or " if you do not accept our coupon, we recommend that you keep this product and we will apply for a 10% refund for this product for you"

I placed an order for 2 sweaters from this site and was told it would take 7-12 business days and it took WAY LONGER than that but I was willing to wait since it was going thru customs.

They never send notices, tracking number, NOTHING.

I have to keep checking their site to get ANY updates on my order.

Finally I see on 5.20.21 my order was out for delivery.

I was home ALL DAY and never received my package and I checked their site again for it to say it was "delivered".

I emailed and messaged them on IG and FB and did not get a response until 4 days later for them to say some lame **** like they confirmed my order was delivered but they cannot confirm my address???

I sent them screen shots of what was on their site and said I want the sweaters instead of a refund and was willing to wait for them to file a claim for the shipper if needed (thats what the company i work for would do).

They take their sweet *** time responding and finally they send me the SAME ******* SCREEN SHOT and just say "here "

HERE WHAT??? WHERES MY ****????? THIS IS THE SAME ******* INFO I SENT YOU!!!

**** these stupid ******* sweaters I don't want them anymore I want my ******* money back.
