Website posted an ad on Facebook for handcrafted quilts. I ordered one for a Christmas gift on November 21, 2018, I never received the quilt. I go on to the website now and it says my order no longer exists and that they are closed, and there has been vertually no response to my emails inquiring about the quilt or the fact that I want my money back, which they quickly took off my credit card. I have now reported this company to the ScamPulse.com, PayPal, and the FBI.

Found via a facebook ad. Purchase of $49.91 makde for hiking quilt on 11/23/18. Got info the next day saying processing would take 5-7 days. On 12/8, Isent an email to reach out and check on the item. Got an automated response that they would reply the next business day. The next day, from a new email address, received a tracking number that said the item was en route to DHL, but no other reply. The item is still en route to DHL. It hasn't moved. They even updated the tracking number today on paypal, but nothing has changed. It seems like they requested a tracking number, but have never sent the item to DHL. No additional replies have been received. We have reached out both to Paypal and my credit card company. Paypal needs to see this pattern and shut these people down.
