I ordered a deer quilt for my daughter's boyfriend for Christmas. Order was place on November 21st. My email confirmation indicated processing time of 5-7 days. After no shipping confirmation, I contacted the company on December 12th asking for an update. The reply indicated they were working on it and I would get a shipping email. It's December 21st and still nothing. I reached out again yesterday and got no reply. The website is gone and after doing some research, it appears to be a big scam. I'm really disappointed as it was going to be the perfect gift.

I ordered a quilt and still have not received it. The only response from “Eric Crafta” is that it’s still in processing that is all they will say every time I ask for status updates. The purchase is being reported to my card as fraud and to cancel any payment to this company.

Initial response was good and they said that it would take a few weeks.I ordered it well before Christmas.As it got closer to Christmas,no response from seller,no tracking number,no package ever arrived.I contacted Pay Pal to report the scam.I am still waiting for a refund.

I paid almost $65 for my sons quilt for a Christmas present. I have been emailing them to try to check on where my package is. I have always got a response back but they always say that they can't do anything that to contact DHL ecommerce shipping. When DHL said to contact them back so they could do a lost item report to them, they said they couldn't and had the nerve to tell me Happy Holidays. I am extremely upset. Just like most people, we have struggled very hard to get some Christmas for our kids due to husband being in hospital and can't work since October. I can't believe people can be that cold!

I ordered a quilt for our boss for Christmas, I received the confirmation email immediately. Just over a week later I received an e-mail stating that my order was complete with the order number. I have tried to e-mail several times, once a couple days later, and just receive a generic email back from the company. I e-mailed again on Dec 17th and I have not heard back from them. I am beyond frustrated and mad. I will be getting in touch with pay pal to see if I can get my money back.

Bottom Line, do not order from this company.
