No product and no communication.....

I paid $64.90 to Amelia Quilt, but never received the product. When I click on View my Order, I get a message that says the page does not exist or has expired. When I sent an email to confirm that the order was being processed, I got a response saying I would be notified when the order has been sent. I have not received anything. I guess the next step is to notify my credit card company and ask for a refund. It's ashamed because the product was a beautiful quilt that my daughter would have loved.
