Cesar Fernando Rios owner of AMC Construction paid $900 for concrete pumping with a check that was returned by the bank for insufficient funds. I contacted him and he ignored my calls, he only replied to me by text messages giving me the run around about the money owed. I made him aware that I would report him to the BBB and he replied he didn't deal with the BBB so pretty much he could careless. It's unfortunate that businesses can't stay professional and pay for the jobs that get done.
