Received text for completed survey for Amazon get a gift just pay shipping $6.95. Chose gift. Went to check out and it showed me additional cream that other customers purchase with my gift. I ignored that and proceeded to check out. When I did my total was charged for the original gift and they added the cream that I did not add to my order. There was no button or place to go back and take off your cart. I had already entered my card information too. There was a customer service number. I called. They kept me waiting a long time befoe a person came on. I was livid. He was a third party, so he said and he said he would take all charges off my card. Would not give me a last name but got his first name and emp#. I said I would be calling back if its not off my account.

I just do not want this to happen to anyone else. I sent them a text saying they were a fraud and I would report them. They sent me another text saying they would continue. Since then I have blocked them.
