The provided information was found under my archived orders. I do not know who this is and made a claim to my bank and Amazon. Amazon did nothing and neither did my bank ( I will make separate claims). Due to this, I now had to reach out to the FTC for potential Identity theft as this invoice is just some of the money that was taken from my account. Amazon TRS recovery Service called me and said I was in their collections for $19.00. There is no way as I do not have a credit card or any payment plans with them. I made a dispute and Amazon TRS said I was not right and they needed a police report or a letter from the FTC. They sent me a 26 page response that was ripped open in my mailbox. It is very clear that the dates don't match with my transactions and the man on my account. As a result my checking account was closed. Some pages did not look right to me as they were very faded and some were not. I also would never make my address restricted and honestly don't know how. I will do my best to get everything uploaded.
