I had an unauthorized charge on my account so I looked online for Amazon Digital support number and contacted them about the charge. So he asked which account it came from. So I told him, the agent had connected through my phone with TeamViewer that he said I had to download so he could help, unless they will charge me every month. So I got aggravated that he was asking me to sign in to several different bank accounts that I have. He asked me to go toy cash app so I did he said I'm gonna send a request of $2 to see if the account is active. He send $990 and cancelled it right back. So I asked why can't he just put it back where Amazon took it from. So I wouldn't give him anymore info and he hung up.

I received a notification that $3.99 was charged to my Amazon store credit card for Amazon digital, I didn't know what that was, so I googled Amazon digital to get the charge off of my account and I was given the number 18506297872 Tallahassee Florida. I called the number and a guy answered he asked me what kind of phone I had iPhone or Android. He then told me to download an app called anydesk so he could walk me through the site to remotely remove the charge from my account. He also asked me to login to my Amazon Account. When I realized he was trying to scam me, I quickly delete the app. Hevthen told me, I'm hanging up with you. Mother[censored]er, you [censored]ing bitch and he then hung up on me.

I got a call from Amazon Digital. Then this morning I got a notification from my bank that there was a pending charge from them. I looked up Amazon's phone number and gave them a call and it turns out it was not actually them. I called my bank and let them know I had been scammed.
