Attempting to register a new fire stick device and was interceded by this person, claiming to need my email and the serial number of the television and wanted me to download an app called “any desk“ which I did but I would not allow this person to take over my device

While setting up fire stick for a friend i was instructed to call their customer service number at 888-280-4331 which is a legitimate service number for Amazon customer service. The representative said the new policy was to charge $150 per year for the fire stick. Amazon customer service people are scamming people.

Used GOOGLE browser to look up Amazon Customer Service to get this spam hacker. Indian male trying to resolve my problem telling me to get Amazon card with $ to prevent further hackers associated with my Amazon account
