This number popped up on Google as Amazon customer service assistance and I did not see it as fraudulent initially until they were remotely accessing my pho e and Making purchases without my permissions trying g to tell me it is the Amazon verification process which I know it is not. They had me download an app called "any desk" and they were able to access my entire phone and it's contents. I have reported the fraud to Amazon as well as all payment methods I had saved. I just want to make sure this does not happen to anyone e else because it is not a good feeling at all
