phone call and false advertising

Today I received a phone call from this company telling me to go to amazonprofits.org for an at home job opportunity. I went to the site and it clearly is not amazon affiliated or jeff bezos.

They want you to purchase a kit in order to start making money with them. I DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY TO CALL ME OR EMAIL ANY FURTHER

A company that has website, https://watmportal.com, uses our company's email address (***@***.com) after charging people.

Some people who bought things from this company (watmportal.com) contacts us to get support. It looks like this company is a fraud company. Our company does not do business with individuals nor charge credit cards. I visited their website and contacted through a chat box they have on the website. I received an email from [email protected]. I don't know amount of fees they collected from customers. Since they are using our company's email address or phone number, so I'd like to report this company and want to find out who is doing this type of fraud transactions.

There's no way to contact this company. Information that I got from a few people that contact me:

Customer support company's phone number: 866-212-7204 / 855-209-7808

Will need to identify this company and report to the police or something

This is not from Amazon, I think. I received a message on my voicemail and via my dialing an unknown number stating that webstore.org and hometyping.com have a job for me. They will pay $17-32/hr. It is supposedly an online job doing computer work. The woman says her name is Sarah.

I just thought I would report it. I received the call on 9/19/2018 at 11:32am.

I just hope someone finds the root of this particular job scam and puts a stop to it.

This company advertises 100% money back guarantee. After calling to cancel I was told I could only get 1/2 of my purchase back.

I signed up online for what was advertised as a free service. However I was charged $47. After calling to request a refund (less than 5 minutes after the charge) I was told that I could only get 1/2 of my money back. The site advertises 100% money back guarantee. I would like a full refund and for them to stop the false advertising!
