On 11/24/2020 at 9:05 a.m. CST, I received an Order confirmation email to my email address stating that an order was processed for a Playstation 4 Pro Console for $1,459.99 and it would be shipped to a Henrry H Banns in Wellington, Florida on 11/25/2020. I did not place this order and I contacted the Customer Service number at 1-(320)- 315-4140. I spoke with a representative and was told that I would need to pay additional fees to remove hackers off of my Amazon account, because two other orders were being finalized for a order to be shipped to Utah, and another one to Minnesota. I told him I am not going to pay anything, all I need to do is close my account with Amazon, and never shop with them again. The representative got a little attitude and said that wouldn't solve the issue of online hackers accessing my account. I told him it doesn't matter, I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, and hung up the phone.
