Here is my email from Amazing Blue Frenchies, the site offering puppy's for $600 and $650 - Now they are $800-$950 and not one will respond once you email.

Hope it bothers you not for asking a lot we just want to make sure our puppies are safe where he or she is going. We offer a health certificate for 1 year, a pedigree and also a pet food manual. They are very amazing puppies. You can see the puppies any time you want. We are located in Richmond, VA but if you think it is too far, then i can send the puppy to your house by a pet courier service that carries puppies around for people. It will cost you $150 for a doorstep delivery. Puppy will be delivered at your home.

I was searching through Hoobly.com because I was interested in adopting a French Bulldog. Due to its popularity the price for one usually ranges from $1k-$5k. I don't have that kind of money therefore I was looking for something a little more affordable. I came across an ad stating that they were selling "blue" frenchies (rare color) for $600-$650. The ad had a link to the website "for more information". The website is very well done and seemed legitimate. I continue my search for about a week and end up seeing an ad with the same dog and same site now asking $900 for the dog, which is what prompted me to now reach out to them. I send them an email and they respond with what seemed like an auto response, therefore I reply to email with a few questions. I then receive a text (because it ask for your contact info on the website). My first question is why did the price change, and they replied "because the dogs come trained". Ok, seemed fair. I then ask why so cheap? No answer to that question but they begin answering everything else I ask and change the subject like a sales person would to close the deal. They then tell me they can ship the dog to me for $100 and it would be at my home in 7hrs. I felt that was strange and stated I'd like to meet the puppy first, since the ad said they were in Miami. I then ask their location and they tell me Richmond, Va. Now things get really sketchy. I told them I would fly their and they continued to insist that they could ship it. I then said I could fly the dog back with me and they stated that would be expensive and my best bet was just shipping through them. I said I would drive there, which is when the person I was texting said, great but i needed to put down a $350 deposit. At this point I knew it was to good to be true. I asked what for of payment due you take? They said through Walmart, I asked what about PayPal.. no or any other for of payment that can trace the person I am doing business with. They were adamant that I would need to use Walmart. I immediately ended the conversation after that.
