Type of a scam Online Purchase
Next day I got another email that I have to pay for the insurance for safety of dog to travel on the plane... and I will get money back in person when the dog deliver to me in 3-5 days so I send them another $1,000 true Venmo again but different account (see the attachment) and thinking how stupid am I right now.
Next morning I got another call and text messages from the manager ( Indian accents) tell me my puppy is healthy and happy dog he safe and playful with everyone he met. Tell me I’m a lucky to have him. All I ask was is he ok when are you going to deliver him to me? He says soon when he verified my transaction...
Next day I got another email say I have to pay more! Due to the bad weather and this is their last flight! and said I HAVE TO PAY. I try to find an email they send me but I think I felt so bad I deleted.( at that moment I know the seller and these delivery agent or manager are the scams) I fight with them on the phone either text messages and call.
I already blocked all of 3 contacts number
Luckily I still have one I took a snapshot her phone no# (281)-994-7138 The seller on website Name Anaelle Y or Anaelle Ymele
I try to contact Venmo and Wells Fargo bank to see if they can refund or try to stop the transactions but bad luck they both couldn’t help me at all.
Sorry I know these happen was so long time ago. I lose $1,800 and there was no puppy at first. I trying to forget.
but today I looking at puppy and thinking they might be gone somebody could report and they’re all in jail somehow, but they’re still using the same website....
Please investigate my case. These cold hearted people using ours love for animals against us.
