On 10/29/21 I purchased $29.50 worth of children’s clothing. The owner of the business Maegann *************** communicated initially through her Facebook business group about being behind in production. For months she continued to keep people updated and offer refunds for those unwilling to wait. I ordered product for next year so I was willing to wait. After not hearing anything about my order for several weeks I sent an email to the customer service team on 2/21/22. The next morning at 0500 I received a pre shipment notification with a tracking number. Since that day there has been no update on the product. There is no evidence that the product was ever dropped off with USPS. The business page website and Facebook group are now shut down without any way to contact the owner further.
