My lot is monitored by this company. One morning I walked out to find my car had been towed, from my designated parking spot. It also had my parking permit hanging from the dash. They wanted me to pay almost $500 dollars in towing fees to have it released. After calling corporate several times that morning and threatening to call the police, they released it no charge and called it "an accident". I received no apology, no compensation for my trouble or the half of day of work I missed trying to have my car released. I have tried to contact corporate several times. Each time they claim to be in a meeting and will return my call.
