I ordered a pan over a month ago, I’ve tried reaching out to this company 3 or 4 different times, they do not offer any phone number, not even an address or location. The customer service Is only an email address and the times I’ve emailed it comes back to me delivery notification failed! I also was trying to find them on line and they go by another name our spanstore.com they website is the same one, with the same email address as the only contact.

Ordered and paid $75. Turns out I paid a paypal acct. Never received an email confirmation, no ship info. I was scammed out of $75 and no way of stopping payment or getting my money back. The scam website is: alwayspans-us.top
If you ordered and have the paypal receipient's name or acct name i suggest you report them.
