A message showed up on my Facebook saying my computer had a worm and that I need to call 185-590-9030 for assistance. I called the number and the people cleaned up my computer. I paid them $199 for 2 year service. A few weeks later I kept getting missed calls from them. Finally they called and I was able to answer. They said they were closing their doors and they wanted to refund my money. They wanted my bank info but I refused. I told them just to put it back on my CC. They got angry and said that if I wanted to be that way then my computer won't work anymore. Then they hung up and my computer went blank. I was able to get my money back and will be taking my computer somewhere local to be repaired.
