I ordered items during a give away where you pay shipping only and never received anything from the company. They will not contact me any further and I have no clue how to get my money back.

The website had advertisements on Instagram/Facebook/etc claiming that you could receive a free bracelet that also doubled as a phone charger; just pay shipping! But nothing arrived once you paid.

I have ordered a product from their website and I still have not received my package after 3 months of ordering. I have tried contacting and emailing them they won't respond.

after researching reviews, I ordered a giveaway item from this website and paid for shipping. That was in January. A confirmation email was sent, and I never heard or recieved anything else. I tried contacting them through their website, but I never recieved a response. It’s been several months now. The website still reads “Twenty-Four hour giveaway.”
