I was contact by Alumni solutions about my student loans. I spoke with a Selena Miller , Franky Garcia, and someone by the name Andrew. They stated they could lower my student loans payments, and that I would only have to pay $200 a month for 6 months and after that I would only pay $20 a month. Then I started seeing letter from Great Lakes stating that my loans were sold to Mohela. Now there asking for a $1000 a month. So I started to call the people of the name up above and no one will answer the phone or call me back. Then I came across this sit and what do you know the whole thing is a scam. Be careful people .

They've called twice. Same lady ..different name and phone #. They want to lower student debt. One guy Said yes they are with the Better Business Bureau. The next guy I called back said they are not with it because it costs money to be in the Better Business Bureau. Obviously I'm trying to getPersonal information and access to your account.
