First I received a call from Alumni Financial assistance (AFA) stating that I was eligible for loan forgiveness. I called listed number (202)843-5999. The representative left their ID number and a personal identification code in voicemail. I returned the call and spoke to Omar Bates at extension 10003. During call he asked personal information regarding my student loans. He spoke in away that prevented me from realizing I was being scammed. After call, I checked the contract that was provided and realized there pertinent information missing such company's address and phone number. So I called my bank to close my account. I checked my emailed and saw I received a message from Fed Loan that my password was changed. That is when I realized he access my Fed loan account by asking for my email and I provided him the code without realizing it because he kept saying he works along with Fed Loan and after making six payments of $249 my loan will be forgiven.

I called the (202)843-5999 and it was disconnected. 30 mins later I received a call from (949)203-5622 and Omar left a voicemail. I called the number again and was put on hold for over 15 min until the automated voice said the office is closed.

They got my info and want me to sign a paper without seen what i am signing and then when i try to look them up i cant find them
