I have been getting these notifications via email which all direct me and tell me I am getting free coupons for coffee, Tide pods, a check I am owed from 2014, and they all ask me series of questions that lead from one screen or another, that actually take up to about 1/2 hour, and I have yet to get any free samples. It finally comes to a final screen which tells you to pick one of these samples and you can simply try one of these and just pay shipping and handling with your Credit Card. As soon as I received this item in January, I called them up and told them to cancel this right away, because it happened to me before, that it could possibly be one of those scams that send you another one and take the fees out of your card. Sure enough, last week I received another one! I immediately started taking pictures of the box, on the side of the box it clearly states 1x ALUCIA Have a Nice Day! I called the credit card company, and found out that not only did they take $98 from my credit card this month, but 2 days ago I received another box, it remains unopened, and that they also took $98 from my credit card in February as well. I have now had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I am returning the items. When I called the company in January, and yesterday, their personell argue over the phone, I can give you the item at a rate of 35% off, then it was 50% off, then it was 75%, until I became irate, and demanded a cancellation. They told me they never got a cancellation in January when I first received my "SAMPLE". For this reason, yes! I feel I have been scammed, and I'm sure many other people have been scammed with these "FREE" coupons for your opinion, thinking your getting free samples for groceries or cleaning products.

I bought a sample of this anti wrinkle cream in January. It was a trail sample...The scam is that they send you this product for $4.99 and then they take advantage of people on a fixed income by charging them $98.39 a month. I cancelled the account and they still charged me the money. I was told they would refund me 35% of my latest charge....we will see if that happens....Now that I have been ripped off by these guys, in hind sight, I checked the reviews......what an [censored] I am for falling for such a scam. I am on a fixed income as are a lot of the people who reviewed this product. These people are getting rich at the expense of us on a fixed income. It just isn't right!

Wife ordered 14 day FREE TRIAL skin care. Was not made aware of enrollment in auto ship program. When she got the second shipment she called and tried for refund, but unsuccessful. I found the charges totaling $374.92 only when I reviewed my monthly bank statement, which I sometime don't.

This company uses the skin cream purchase to get your credit card number. They then continue to charge your account for increasing amounts above and beyond the original price.
