I work for Adult Protective Services in Sawyer County WI. A veteran received a phone call from a Female, she used the name Chynna Cresto, stated her company could help lower $144 fee Medicare payment fee. Veteran had heard something similar on the TV so he gave out everything but social security number. When he tried to call the number back it comes up as Change Health Care but if you look up in white pages it comes up as Altegra Health 1725 N Commerce Pkwy Weston FL 33326, all you get is an answering machine with a mumbled message to leave name and number and they will get back to you. Never received promised documents in the mail was promised 3 to 5 business days it been over 2 weeks. I had veteran report to Medicare Fraud Dept. .
