All I can say is run as fast as you can from the company. They are SCAMMERS AND CHEATS. The price of my moved doubled. I had to run to the store and buy packaging tape. I was charged twice for moving boxes. A Penske truck showed up . My 75 inch Lg TV came wrapped in one of my area rugs. Of course it was broke. MY king size sleep number bed came wrapped in my sheets . The sheets and mattress were full of grease and torn. Numerous dishes broke, Legs broken off my furniture. When I talked to the owner, or who ever he is He said "it happens". I was suppose the have WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! What a joke. All I can say is SHAME ON THEM.SLEEP WELL !
