Dear Madam,
We are very sorry to inform you now that as much as we just noticed that your pet's refundable health Insurance fee was not paid and custom officers won't allow us to board your pet on for flight or proceed with your delivery if the fee is not paid,sorry to let you know that if not paid, your pet may result to a flight cancel.
