They scammed my mother on her "free" trial skincare cream. She told them no cause her online coupon expired, they ran it through anyways then charged her full price on the products because she didn't cancel her account within 2 weeks meanwhile she didn't even order it. So she is now charged for products she didn't order or receive.

Alpha visage.

I was entering a draw (I had previously entered a draw for this same company)and this free trial came up as a requirement for entering draw, the free trial was for Alpha Visage. I did not see any terms or conditions nor were any terms or conditions included in the confirmation email. I live remotely and did not receive the "trial" product until day 15 after it was ordered...I was charged an additional $167.36 for the "trial" sizes (1oz/30ml and a .5oz/15ml) on day 14 from the time it was ordered

Alpha Visage offers you free trials of their cream, in the fine print which is very difficult to read and the print is fine like many of us has experienced, it states that if you do not cancel within the trial period you will be charge these multiple membership fees, from multiple companies so that they can not be traced. NO WHERE or TIME do they remind you of your up coming need to cancel or continue with this company.

Upon request to have a refund the person I talked to made me resend email forms, which I also had to follow up with a call and then call to find a person who was trying to continue to sell their products, but found when I was denied stated that they could not allow the refund then hung up abruptly.

The initial trial product price increased from US$4.95 to US$135.99 because the account was not cancelled in time. Also I received 2 additional products which I did not order and was not able to return due to “ Covid-19” protocols.

Also I did not have the full trial duration because of the time taken for the product to arrive via Canada post (3days) but the company did not accept this reason and went on to charge me the greater amount shown above.I tried to resolve the problem with at least 6 emails and 5 phone calls all without success. Additionally the product did not show any differences after application.

They offer face cream trial and ask to pay 4.99$ for shipping but then get you into a monthly subscription charging you $172
