Initial advertisement was to receive a free sample of skin care products for just the cost of shipping. There was nowhere in the advertisement that they were signing you up for a full subscription and charge you nearly $200 each month for receiving the so called free sample. When you call their customer service they tell you that the free sample was indeed the $200 product that you had to pay for and they would not be refunding you for any of it even if you sent it back.
